Road to Successful by Keeping the Word
Why keeping my word is a successful way?
Here is MyBecause. I put down my storytelling to Hollywood not in business. I leave my business to businesspeople. If I am working 12 hours a day, I won’t want to live in a flight of the imagination world, making up stories or not following up on promises. That is not a way to successful but bankruptcy.
This is exceedingly important and many people don’t do it, or try to fake it. They lose credibility, and leave me, as my competitor, in the same business field. No matter how strong of a businessperson I appear to be, and how many people I fire, and how many people want my customers, one thing is for sure: if I always speak clearly and honestly, I can get respect in my industry over time from customers, competitors, and vendors. My credibility is critical in assuring my long-term success, and enabling access to the right people to accomplish the tasks at hand. If I am always talking a big game and never delivering on my talk, my recipient will recognize it. I can’t hide. My record will ultimately speak for itself. So I don’t want talk about all the many mountains I will climb until I go up a few to get warmed up.
Personal credibility is essential if I aspire to be a true leader. I’ll tell it like it is (or, if it’s proprietary, don’t say a thing). This way, over time, I will have access to the people and the deals I need to be successful.
This is my way to successful. And it’s MyBecause.

Why Plain Speaking?
Plain speaking is say about something frankly. Red is red. Blue is blue. Someone who always made a plain speaking is a truthful person. He/she is a courteous person. But, he/she is not always want by others. Why? Because they were afraid encounter the truths from the plain speaking people.
Why plain speaking?
In business, not all the facts and issues need to say in plain speaking. It’s similar in politic, military and in front of the kids. Than, why plain speaking?
Sometime we need someone make a plain speaking about ourselves. I, myself, need more truths about my life. I need them to say what my weaknesses frankly. Knowing my weaknesses is the way to be a mature person. By laughing my weaknesses I grow in the right direction to be a mature creation.
In this case, I can be a plain speaking one, too. Many brothers and sisters around me need some corrections on their weak behaviors. Here is my contribution to my neighborhood. I can not growing alone. I grow in the growing neighborhood. I need other and vice versa. We are symbiosis mutualism creations.

Work
Why I work?
Works, jobs, occupations or carriers are the human activities. I’m a human being. I had done all of that because I’m a human being. Without works I’m nobody in the middle of human being.
As a man I have to work. I must fulfill the needs of my family. In my works I had growing to be more human being. It makes me special from other creatures. It why we ought to be a special one, too. Work is specialization of human being. Animal does the human being work as the assistant only. We never say that a dog, for example, had a job. Human being does the work and that dog just serving them.
Why?
Because human being using whole of their brain capacities intensively and do the activities base on their common sense. They do their works incorporate with other people. They refuse to do some works, if they thing it was not the good activities. They have the freedom to do and don’t a job. They have a position to choose and work or not choose to work.
