Why I Cannot Produce the Good Articles In English? (Part II)

In the part one, I mention these points:
1. My English is so poor
2. Do I not really mastering that technique?
3. I cannot create a quality spare time to produce it.

Here, in this second part, I want to explore the point #2. I know and had been practiced it technique nicely. But if your ideas are going down, what can you do to overcome it?
Below is the idea from my online business mentor. I rewrite it in my own words.
Before write article, the work is already done for me, I just need to look for what is already out there and improve on it. Every possible topic has been covered and covered well by somebody, which is great for me. It is easy to write a 200-300 words article in minutes if the write contents are in front of us.
When I have an article idea I go directly to the source of the Internet’s content. Online bulletin boards, FAQ pages and Article directories! I go to these places…...

All I then do is analyzing all the information out of the articles, re write them into my own words and add a snazzy article title.
I would go to Groups.google.com and type in my topic and see what quest¬ions people were asking. I would also go to Goarticles.com and type it and see what articles are already written and how many people have viewed them so I can tell which article topics are the most popular.
Then when I wanted to start writing my article I’d go to FAQ.org and look there for it frequently asked questions and rewrite that content in my own words for my own articles.
Rewrite mean use the written sources on net as a place to research a topic and then use that research result as a base for articles. The articles give its readers information they can instantly use and implement.
