Why I have some acne on my skin?

When I was 12 years old acne begins to cover my face, back, neck, upper arms, and chest. Almost all area of my skin on my body ever has its own acne. That acne come and goes on my skin until today. But I ignore it. It’s doesn’t influence my happy days. Because I know acne is the common problem of all adolescents around the world.

But why I have some acne or pimples on my skin?

Before answer that why question we must know what acne is. The process of acne can be described like this …

When the sebaceous gland gets turned on by androgens, it manufactures additional sebum. In its travel up the follicle toward the surface, the sebum commingles with lifeless skin cells and skin bacteria that have been cast from the follicle’s lining. This process is absolutely normal, but the presence of more sebum in the follicle raises the probability of clogging to occur, and which than cause’s acne.

Now, here are MyBecause …

I realize that my skin condition is oily. The oily skin condition like that is a better place for acne. My skin is the natural thing. It means that my skin condition is the gene inherits. To overcome acne in this oily skin condition I must keep it clear from oil and as natural as it was.

Hormones are the most important participant for my acne. The androgen hormone is starts at my puberty. This hormone is the number one cause of my acne when I was 12 years old. So, I don’t have to stress about it. It will over by itself.

Sometime my acne was become the problem. It’s come when I picking and squeezing it. These actions send the infection deeper into my skin and cause scarring to occur. It’s hurting me so it’s must be stopped immediately.
